Camp Trinity Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 2 weeks before the start of your child’s Camp Week(s) (see below for specific dates), a full refund, less the $30 per-registration administration fee, will be issued.

by midnight, June 22nd for Week 1 (July 6th to July 10th)

by midnight, June 29th for Week 2 (July 13th to 17th)

by midnight, July 6th for Week 3 (July 20th to July 24th)

by midnight, July 13th for Week 4 (July 27th to July 31st)

by midnight, July 20th for Week 5 (August 4th to August 7th)

by midnight, July 27th for Week 6 (August 10th to August 14th)

If you cancel less than two weeks before the start of camp, NO REFUND will be issued except for a medical issue (with a note from a doctor). In the case of a medical issue, a full refund, less the $30 per-registration administration fee, will be issued.

Withdrawal during camp, on a physician’s orders, will result in a refund of the value of the unused time remaining in the registration, less the $30 per-registration administration fee.

NO REFUND will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Camp Trinity reserves the right to dismiss campers from the program due to disciplinary issues, such as (but not limited to) bullying of other Campers or staff, repeated use of inappropriate language, physical intimidation or harassment of other Campers or staff. NO REFUND will be issued for withdrawal from the program at Camp Trinity’s request.0)
