Camp Trinity’s Leader in Training program is the ultimate summer experience for teens! Leaders in training do more than offer vital support to our summer programming: they undertake a rigorous training program in which they have the opportunity to grow their leadership skills, guided by a staff mentor, while also getting to lead all of the fun activities that make camp what it is! Most of all, being an LIT is an opportunity for teens to go deeper in their faith, growing in their relationship with God and understanding the leaders God has made them to be. 

LIT Registration and dates:

• Training week: June 30 - July 4

• Volunteer placements: July 7 - August 1

• There is an opportunity for select LITs to receive a paid placement: August 4 - 15

• Registration Fee: $260.00

• Applications for the LIT program are due May 2, 2025.

• To register, interested teens need to complete the application form. (They must submit a cover letter and resume as part of the process.)

• Applicants will then be contacted to schedule an interview with our LIT director.

• Applicants will be notified as to the status of their application the week of June 2, 2025.

• Fees are due after the interview is completed and applicants have been notified that they have been accepted into the program.
